About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at Tetris Labour Hire in Laverton North VIC. Tetris specialises in the recruitment and provision of industry specific and skilled labour to clients across a range of sectors with a focus on Warehousing, Logistics and Manufacturing. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment and staffing services.

Blue-Collar Resourcer Position:

:

- Assisting with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support

- Building and maintaining candidate databases and talent pipelines

- Conducting reference and background checks on potential candidates

- Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates

- Ensure candidate pool is sufficient focusing on quality and not quantity.





- Understand and build relationships with current and new clientele.

- Maintaining compliance standards across the board

- Ensure accurate data management in our CRM/ATS

- Contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team through proactive and diligent work.

Position Requirements:

- Excellent work ethic, results driven and motivated to grow

- Experience in either Customer Service roles or Recruitment Resourcing would be highly regarded

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates

- Willingness to progress in the company as we continue to expand/grow
- A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

- Comfort in working autonomously and in a team environment

- Ability to multitask and switch between projects quickly

- High attention to detail

- Must have a current Driver’s License and own vehicle.
