About The Role

Key Accountabilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service across all guest touchpoints, including ticketing, accommodation, retail, food and beverage, and guest services.
- Create engaging and memorable experiences that inspire our guests and encourage repeat visitation.
- Maintain high standards of presentation across public areas, accommodation facilities, and visitor spaces.
- Comply with organisational policies, sustainability practices and Work Health & Safety requirements.
- Promote Taronga's conservation, education and community messages through positive guest interactions.
- Work collaboratively across teams to support operational needs during peak visitation periods and future expansion projects.

About You We're looking for people who have:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A friendly, positive and can-do attitude.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work across different operational areas when required.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.




- The ability to complete all role-specific employment checks, including obtaining and maintaining relevant certifications and clearances where required.
