- Location: Willing to consider candidates across all NSW locations. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally, with a focus on Queanbeyan, Armidale, Dubbo and Coffs Harbour
- Clerk Grade 9/10 – Salary from $133,348 up to $146,945 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading
About the Role As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and delivering complex programs and projects that contribute to the success of Fisheries and Forestry's Research and Evaluation activities. You'll coordinate planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and project delivery to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and aligned to organisational priorities. Working with a diverse range of stakeholders across government, industry and the community, you'll provide high-quality advice, manage competing priorities and help drive continuous improvement across program delivery. A key early priority for this role will be coordinating the FishOnline Coordination Committee, overseeing the delivery and integration of multiple workstreams spanning operational performance, risk management, reporting, system review and future roadmap development. Beyond the Committee, the role will be deployed to lead complex strategic, evaluation and business improvement projects, providing flexible capability to support departmental priorities, organisational change and evidence-based decision-making.
