Role Description The ERP Consultant / Integration Engineer at Con-fluencia is a part-time remote role focused on designing, configuring, and integrating ERP solutions to support clients’ business operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and mapping workflows to appropriate ERP modules. The role involves configuring and testing ERP systems, developing integration interfaces with other applications, and troubleshooting functional and technical issues.

The consultant prepares documentation, user guides, and implementation plans, and may support training sessions and post-implementation optimization. Collaboration with finance and operations teams, as well as proactive communication about project status and risks, is expected.

Qualifications

- Robust understanding of Business Process design, optimization, and documentation, with the ability to translate operational needs into system configurations.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation,



and evaluating ERP impacts on financial and operational performance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations, including configuration, testing, deployment, and user support.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts, architecture, and common ERP platforms, including integration with third-party systems.
- Solid grasp of Finance processes (e.g., GL, AP/AR, budgeting, reporting) and how they are represented and automated within ERP systems.
- Experience with system integration tools, APIs, or middleware, and basic understanding of data migration and mapping practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior consulting or implementation experience is highly beneficial.
