At Quintessentially, we curate extraordinary experiences and deliver world-class concierge and event programs for the most discerning individuals and leading global luxury brands. From bespoke VIP guest programs to large-scale luxury activations, we make the impossible possible.

With an exciting slate of projects ahead over the next 12 months, we're expanding our project talent bench and inviting applications for contract positions at two levels - Project Manager and Coordinator.

Who we're looking for

We're building a pool of exceptional event and hospitality professionals who share a common core: an obsession with detail, absolute discretion around high-profile clientele, polish and warmth in equal measure, and the composure to keep delivering when plans change late and the pace picks up. People who are passionate about the luxury space, love major events, and take real pride in extraordinary outcomes.

At Manager level , we're looking for experienced operators - typically 4–5+ years across events, hospitality, VIP services or luxury lifestyle - with:

- Strong relationship and communication skills: confident dealing directly with clients, guests and senior stakeholders, and persuasive with premium suppliers
- A track record delivering complex programs - think bookings, logistics, guest experiences and moving parts across multiple venues and teams
- Sound judgement and calm problem-solving under pressure




- Credibility and discretion around VIP and VVIP clientele

At Coordinator level , we're looking for sharp, earlier-career talent - typically 1–3 years in events, hospitality or high-volume administration - with:

- Standout Excel and data skills, and genuine pride in accuracy
- Exceptional organisation: comfortable processing high volumes of detail at pace without letting anything slip
- Clear, qualified written communication
- The appetite to learn fast inside high-performing project teams
