About The Role The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and delivering a diverse range of internal and external events. From initial concept and logistics through to on-the-day coordination and post-event wrap-up, the role involves liaising with venues and suppliers, arranging travel, managing timelines and checklists, and working closely with the Marketing team and senior leaders to ensure every event reflects NCI's standards, values and culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-organised, thoughtful and creative individual to step into a role that plays an significant part in delivering memorable experiences for our staff, clients and partners. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, structure and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes; and who takes pride in the details, remains calm under pressure and enjoys seeing projects successfully delivered from start to finish.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until December 2027, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, occasional out-of-hours work and interstate travel may be required to support the delivery of key events.

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience coordinating corporate events, conferences, functions or stakeholder engagement activities.
- Exceptional organisational skills,



with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to planning, problem-solving and event delivery.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, partners and suppliers.
- Experience coordinating travel, accommodation and logistical arrangements for groups and individuals.
- Sound budget management skills and the ability to monitor expenses and achieve value for money.
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset and a passion for creating memorable and professional event experiences.
