You will lead efforts to ensure high‑performance ground gateways serve broadband customers by assessing terminal performance, investigating faults, and improving procedures, with potential on‑site work at gateway terminals.

You will collaborate with experts to develop tools and procedures, travel up to 50% to gateways as needed, and ensure systems support
