Your Impact We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will support and work closely with a senior executive where you will have a high level of engagement with a variety of stakeholders specifically related to lobbying of politicians and community leaders. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive and confidential support including effective diary management, email triage and coordinating of meetings and events
- Preparation of reports, presentations, briefing notes, background research for meetings, agendas, general correspondence and minute taking




- Coordinating interstate and international travel including accommodation and managing expenses
- Building and maintaining internal and external relationships including government, media and representatives from other regulatory, union or international bodies in support of the work of the organisation

What you bring You are an Executive Assistant professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting at a senior/executive level where a high degree of confidentiality was required. You have a pragmatic “can do approach” and has ideally worked within a political, education, union or non-profit organisation.

You can also demonstrate

- Impeccable organisational skills: ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities whilst keeping calm under pressure.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills including drafting and formatting document with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship building skills
- Initiative: skilled at anticipating the needs of those you support
