The Executive Manager supports the Chief Planning Advisor and Departmental Corporate Executive in the planning, management, development and review of the Planning division and its outputs.
We have one fixed-term (12 months), full-time position, with the possibility of extension/permanency. This process may be used to fill future similar permanent or fixed-term positions that may arise within the Department and across the WA public sector in the next 24 months from the initial date of appointment.
To be successful for this position, you need to demonstrate:
- Experience leading, managing and influencing within a large multidisciplinary team in a governance focused environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence others and build and maintain productive working relationships to assist in developing and promoting an overall vision reflecting the Department and Government values.
- Strong understanding of business, financial and human resource management.
- Demonstrate the behaviours within the Leading Others leadership context.
