About the role

You will join a high‑performing workshop environment working across mechanical fitting, assembly, repairs, and equipment installation. This role suits a fitter who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and delivering premium engineering outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Mechanical fitting, assembly, and precision repairs

- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings

- Fault‑finding and problem‑solving on mechanical systems

- Workshop and onsite work

- Supporting fabrication and machining teams where required

- Maintaining a clean, protected, organised work area

About you

- Trade qualification: Cert III Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent)

- Proven experience in an engineering workshop setting

- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving ability





- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Demonstrated safety focus and reliable work ethic

- Experience with pump and motor rebuilding (Highly Regarded)
