We're looking for an experienced Farm Hand to join a progressive, family-run farming operation near Gunnedah, NSW.

Running a mix of irrigated and dryland cotton and cereal cropping, they're looking for someone who genuinely loves farming, has plenty of get-up-and-go, takes pride in their work and is happy to pitch in across the operation.

You'll be working with modern John Deere and Case machinery and a genuinely good, down-to-earth Manager and team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position with plenty of variety. You'll be involved in:

- Operating up-to-date John Deere and Case machinery
- Working across irrigated and dryland cotton and cereal cropping
- General property and machinery maintenance
- Basic welding, repairs and troubleshooting
- Assisting with day-to-day farming operations as required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous broadacre farming experience
- Genuinely loves farming and agriculture
- Has a good attitude and plenty of get-up-and-go
- Is mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Has basic welding,



maintenance and repair skills
- Takes pride in their work and looks after machinery and equipment
- Is practical, reliable and willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Works well as part of a team but is also capable of working independently
- Is fit and capable of carrying out the physical requirements of the role
