Our ideal candidates will have:
- Must Have Minimum 1+ year floristry experience
- Qualified Cert III or currently studying floristry
- Must be physically capable to lift up to 5kg
- Ability to work fast and meet deadlines when under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Dedicated, organised and reliable.
- Assist with inventory control for both flowers and giftware, ensuring we neither run out nor waste stock.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store | Assist with visual merchandising and product display.
- Great attention to detail and keeping up with current flower trends is a must.
- Creating up to trend bespoke arrangements in all styles.
- Must be available during black out periods such as Valentines Day week & Mothers Day week.
Availability: Set days of 1-2 days per week with flexible schedule - Hours will increase in Nov-Dec when staff are away and during peak upcoming seasons. Only successful applicants will be notified.
Pay will be based on experience.
