Experienced Holiday Resort Manager – Full Time Dual Role Employment, Surfers Paradise QLD Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast Full Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm Public holiday work may occasionally be required Immediate Start Available We are seeking a mature, experienced and reliable Holiday Resort Manager to join our team in Surfers Paradise. This is a hands‑on position for someone with solid experience in holiday accommodation, resort management or hotel front office operations. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, solving problems and managing day‑to‑day resort operations.

Key Responsibilities - Managing daily front office and guest services - Handling guest enquiries, check‑ins, complaints and general requests - Inspecting apartments/rooms to ensure they are ready for guest arrivals - Coordinating cleaners, maintenance contractors and trades when required - Following up maintenance issues through to completion - Communicating professionally with apartment owners when required - Assisting with bookings, emails,



phone calls and general administration - Liaising with trades and contractors regarding minor building-related matters - Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the resort About You - Previous experience in holiday accommodation, resort management“ - Mature, responsible and confident working independently - Strong guest service and problem‑solving skills - Comfortable communicating with guests, apartment owners and tradespeople - Well organised with strong attention to detail - Able to manage multiple matters and priorities at the same time - Valuable computer and administration skills - Experience using REI is highly preferred - Experience with holiday accommodation booking systems will be highly regarded This is not an entry‑level position. We are looking for an experienced person who can take responsibility for daily operations, make sensible decisions and follow issues through to completion with minimal supervision.
