About the role

We're an established and respected mid- to high-end landscape-gardening business servicing a large client base in the Sydney metro area, particularly the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore. We maintain and renovate a wide range of gardens to a high standard. We work Mon-Fri, usually from 7.30 to 3.00. As we head towards Spring, we need a new Team Leader to join us.

Key responsibilities

- Garden maintenance, soft landscaping and garden renovation work

- Lead and support the team in delivering high-standard garden services

About you

- Excellent communication skills, super reliable, able to work hard and have a laugh at the same time





- Experience with a hedger, whipper snipper and mower

- Previous work experience in garden maintenance OR have recently completed a horticulture or similar course

- Demonstrate some plant knowledge; a genuine interest in gardens is essential

- Available for a 7.30 start, usually in the Eastern Suburbs or Lower North Shore

- Valid driver licence (manual)

- Working rights in Australia

- Outgoing, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
