Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee an assigned residential property portfolio

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

- Coordinate and manage maintenance requests from start to completion

- Conduct routine property inspections and provide feedback to landlords

- Manage tenancy matters and ensure properties are well maintained

- Ensure all properties and tenancy processes comply with relevant legislation and regulations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation





- Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and other stakeholders

- Identify and resolve issues promptly while providing a high level of customer service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Agent's Representative Certificate

- Previous experience in residential property management

- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills

- Sound knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation and regulations

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
- The ability to take ownership of your portfolio and deliver outstanding results
