- Receiving deliveries and checking them against purchase orders and delivery dockets
- Identifying and reporting shortages, damage and incorrect supply
- Putaway to correct bin locations, with stock rotation
Outwards goods
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Preparing consignments, booking freight and couriers, generating labels and paperwork
- Staging and loading dispatch
Stock control
- Running regular cycle counts and investigating variances
- Coordinating and participating in full stocktakes
- Maintaining accurate stock records in our ERP Netsuite system
General
- Forklift operation — licence not essential
- Keeping the store clean, organised, protected and easy for others to work in
- Working with the production team on material availability and priorities
- Following and improving our WHS and stock handling procedures
What we're looking for
Essential
- Solid experience in a store, stores or warehouse role
- Genuinely accurate with numbers, counts and records — this is the core of the job
- Comfortable on a computer and with inventory or ERP software
- Able to work unsupervised, prioritise your own day and keep on top of a busy dispatch schedule
- Physically fit for manual handling and being on your feet
- Reliable and punctual
- Australian work rights
- Willing to obtain a forklift licence if you don't already hold one
Desirable
- Current forklift (LF) licence
- Experience with apparel, textile or garment stock — sizes, colours, SKU-heavy inventory
- Experience with Netsuite
- Experience running stocktakes end to end
What we offer
- $65,000 – $75,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience
- Full-time permanent role, 38 ordinary hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturday work during stocktake and peak periods, paid at award penalty rates on top of your salary
