This Leading Wealth Management firm is seeking a driven and motivated Adviser Assistant to join their growing business.

This role is an excellent chance for the individual to further develop their capability and financial markets knowledge while also supporting a team of experienced Investment Advisers & their clients.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Work with the Advisor to collect and analyse financial and investment information in order to provide sound financial and investment advice to clients

- Work with the Advisor to maintain client portfolios on a regular basis. This includes Providing timely advice to clients, Reassessing clients financial objectives, revising clients investment strategies inline with their financial objectives.

- Market related tasks; providing accurate market information and stock research to clients,



share trading and keeping up with market sensitive news

- Proactively executing all day-to-day correspondence for clients and the advisers

- Coordinate IPO allocations and applicable client documentation

- Liaise with the Operations team (Settlements / Corporate Actions / Onboarding etc)

- Assisting with clients annual & quarterly reviews

To be considered for this role you will:
- A degree qualification in Finance, Business, Economics or related is desirable
- Previous wealth management, financial planning, operations experience is desirable
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Possess full Australian working rights
