We’re looking for a Facilities & Sales Coordinator who understands that exceptional coordination is about more than closing work orders. It’s about making clients feel heard, supported and confident that the right person is looking after them.

The opportunity

This is primarily a facilities coordination role with a strong commercial and client-service mindset.

You’ll coordinate contractors, schedules and work orders while maintaining clear communication with clients and helping turn operational challenges into productive, relationship-building moments.

We’re flexible about the employment arrangement and may consider casual, permanent part-time or permanent full-time options for the right person.

The position is based in Collingwood Park and reports to the Operations Manager. Some work-from-home flexibility may be available once the successful applicant is established in the role.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinating contractors, technicians and service providers
- Scheduling reactive and planned maintenance works
- Managing work orders from initial request through to completion
- Keeping clients informed with proactive, professional updates
- Preparing and following up quotes
- Supporting compliance, documentation and reporting requirements
- Resolving issues before they become larger problems
- Handling difficult conversations calmly and constructively
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships
- Working closely with operations and sales to deliver an excellent client experience

The person we’re looking for Experience matters, but natural character matters just as much.





You may already have facilities management, service coordination, operations, customer service or sales experience. Phone-based sales experience will be highly regarded.
