Based in Kiama, this part-time Facilities Manager role offers genuine ownership of a retail asset across just 10 hours per week. Reporting into CBRE's Property Management team, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day FM delivery, ensuring the property is well-maintained, compliant, and operating at it's best.

In this role, you will:

- Coordinate planned preventive maintenance and reactive works across the asset
- Manage contractor performance, including procurement, scheduling, and work order oversight
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, essential services, and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate asset registers and building compliance documentation
- Liaise with tenants and clients, attending site as required within your 10-hour week
- Produce regular reporting and maintain accurate records across CBRE's FM systems

About You

You are an experienced facilities professional who brings hands-on FM delivery knowledge and a proactive approach.



You thrive working independently and know how to keep a portfolio running smoothly without needing constant direction.

- Demonstrated FM experience across retail, commercial or mixed-use property
- Sound knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, fire, and essential services requirements
- Experience managing contractors and subcontractors to clear performance standards
- Strong communication skills with confidence managing tenant and client relationships
