About You

We are seeking an experienced aged care leader who combines strong operational and commercial capability with exceptional customer service and people leadership skills To be successful, you will have:

- Previous General Manager experience within residential aged care,



highly regarded
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable senior aged care leadership role for non-clinical applicants
- Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of residential aged care operations and clinical governance
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement
- Strong organisational and computer skills
- Valid Australian working rights
- Ability to complete the required background checks
