About the role

ACA Insulations is seeking a Factory Worker to join our production team in Clontarf, QLD. This is a casual role offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the assembly and production of insulation materials and products

- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

- Adhering to all health, safety and quality standards

- Collaborating with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets

- Providing support to the wider factory operations as required

What we're looking for

- Ability to start immediately

- No experience necessary - just a willingness to learn!

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

- Adaptable,



with a willingness to learn new skills and procedures

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- MR Truck Licence desirable, but not essential
