Yulong Investments is a leading Victorian Thoroughbred Stud situated in the Nagambie area. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Full Time Farm and Property Maintenance Hand to join our team.

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual, that has a strong work ethic and high attention to detail. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role and have the ability to undertake a variety of duties including general property maintenance, fencing repairs, grounds upkeep and reliable cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

- General carpentry and property maintenance across farm facilities and properties.
- Minor building repairs and maintenance.
- Basic construction and renovation projects.
- Repair and maintenance of fences, gates and farm sheds and stables.
- Routine maintenance of farming equipment and machinery.
- General cleaning of farm sheds, stables, barns and properties.
- Deep cleaning of stables, barns and properties when needed for peak periods and important events.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety and equal employment opportunity initiatives to contribute to a safe, healthy, equitable and ethical workplace.
- Work in accordance with management directions.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in a farm maintenance, property maintenance or similar role.
- Carpentry,



building or trade experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of construction, property upkeep, repairs and maintenance.
- Problem solving mindset.
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well-presented property.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Full driver’s license.
- Full working rights in Australia.
