About the Role

Working alongside an experienced Wills & Estates team, you will manage a broad range of private client matters including:

- Preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives.
- Succession planning advice for individuals, families and business owners.
- Drafting testamentary trusts and other estate planning documents.
- Estate administration, including Probate and Letters of Administration.
- Advising executors and beneficiaries throughout the administration process.
- Estate disputes and Family Provision Applications.
- Preparing estate accounts, distributions and finalising estates.
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients through practical and compassionate advice.

About You

We're interested in speaking with lawyers who:

- Have approximately 1‑5 years' PQE in Wills, Estates and Succession Law (if less experience, we want to hear from you)




- Enjoy building genuine relationships with clients.
- Have excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail.
- Are organised, proactive and able to manage matters with increasing autonomy.
- Value working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
- Are looking for a long‑term opportunity where they can continue to develop professionally.
