Learning Specialist – Community Organisation

Immediate Start | Temporary Contract | Community Based Organisation, $64.00 per hour + super

We are seeking an experiencedLearning Specialistto join a community-basedorganisation on a temporary basis for 3 months with animmediate start.

This is a hands-on role suited to an L&D; professional who can confidently coordinate and deliver learning programs, facilitate engaging training sessions and work closely with People & Culture and business stakeholders.

About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of corporate learning and development initiatives, including:

- Corporate induction and onboarding programs
- Compliance and mandatory training
- Core capability and professional development programs
- Facilitated workshops and learning sessions
- Learning content and resource development
- Learning coordination, scheduling and logistics
- Tracking participation, evaluation and learning outcomes
- Supporting continuous improvement of L&D; programs

You will work closely with theOrganisational Development team, and People & Culture Business Partners, as well as managers and employees across the organisation.

About You
We are looking for someone who brings:

- Demonstrated experience inLearning & Development
- Strong experience facilitating training,



workshops and learning programs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- The ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience designing or adapting learning content for different audiences
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems and learning coordination processes
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Learning & Development, Adult Education or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
