Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
- Promote and sell company products/services to achieve sales targets




- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns

Requirements

- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Positive customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
