Position Overview

Charter is seeking a full-time Consultant to join its Sydney Research team. Reporting to a Director, this position will undertake a broad range of consulting tasks, including the preparation of high-quality research reports and strategic advice for clients.

Core Responsibilities

- Undertake comprehensive and cutting-edge research and analysis to assist the team in delivering robust evidence-based advice to clients
- Provide critical thinking and analysis on a range of qualitative and quantitative data sources and information
- Prepare and develop high quality, comprehensive written reports, presentations, and other outputs
- Attend client briefings,



document project parameters and provide ongoing consultation including in relation to timeframes.
- Develop and maintain skilled relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Continue to develop property market knowledge and remain abreast of current financial and economic developments.

Position Requirements

- Qualifications in Property, Economics or a related degree
- 3+ years Experience in a Property, Economics or Planning consulting environment
- Extensive understanding of the national property market and its sub sectors
- Excellent property market research and data analysis capability
- Experience in client facing roles (internal & external)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Disciplined and organised with strong attention to detail
