We are looking for a fully trade-qualified Cabinet Maker to join our factory-based production team.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced cabinet maker who takes pride in producing quality cabinetry, works efficiently and can confidently read plans and manufacture cabinetry from drawings and specifications.

This is a factory-based position only – there is no site work or installation required.

You will be working as part of our factory team manufacturing kitchens, laundries and vanities for project home builders.

Key responsibilities

- Manufacturing and assembling cabinetry to a high standard

- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and job specifications

- Operating cabinet-making machinery and workshop equipment

- Working with a range of board products, hardware and components

- Checking your work for accuracy, quality and finish throughout production

- Identifying and resolving manufacturing issues

- Ensuring jobs are completed accurately and within required production timeframes

- Working efficiently as part of a factory production team

- Maintaining a clean, organised and productive work area





- Ensuring machinery and equipment is operated correctly and safely

- Following company manufacturing procedures and quality standards

- Assisting other members of the factory team when required

- Ensuring materials, components and finished cabinetry are handled and stored appropriately

About you

- Fully trade-qualified Cabinet Maker (or carpenter)

- Solid experience in cabinet making, kitchens or joinery manufacturing

- Confident reading and interpreting plans and drawings

- Experienced in manufacturing and assembling cabinetry

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Able to work efficiently and meet production deadlines

- Practical with good problem-solving skills

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Takes pride in their workmanship

- Comfortable working in a busy factory production environment

- Good understanding of cabinet-making machinery and workshop processes

- Current driver's licence preferred
