About the role

Our Trade Centre operates a delivery and pick‑up solution for key building lines, delivering bulk quantities of materials to building sites. The TradeCentre Supervisor supports the senior leadership team and ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead by example to provide the best experience for customers and team members.
- Assist with inducting and training new team members.
- Support the team with pick-and‑pack of customer orders as required.
- Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time.
- Coordinate stock, loading and unloading of products on delivery trucks.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, including account managers, suppliers and site supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience supervising a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Solid communication skills and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
- Ability to achieve results and maintain standards with the team.
- Commitment to upholding a strong safety culture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Recent experience in a night‑fill,



pick‑and‑pack role or background in commercial and building products is highly regarded.
- Full‑time role with flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts between 1pm‑9pm, Monday‑Friday.
