Female only Support Worker Needed | Immediate Start Mon-Wed-Friday

We are currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and qualified Support Worker to join our team in Sydney. This role focuses on delivering person-centered support to NDIS participants, empowering them to build independence and achieve their individual goals.

About the Role

- Provide in-home and community-based support
- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and social/community participation
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards
- Immediate start available
- Adaptable shifts to suit your availability

Requirements
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or equivalent qualification
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate




- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine, person-centred approach
- Availability to commence immediately
