Full time, Sub-contract Gate and Fence Installer

We are a leading Gate and Fencing company that designs, manufactures and installs premium fencing and gate systems, including:

- Colorbond fencing and Gates
- Aluminium slat panels and Gates
- Tubular (Swimming Pool) fencing and Gates
- Garrison Industrial / Security fencing and Gates
- Automated swing & sliding gates

Due to continued growth, we're looking for reliable, independant and professional Gate and Fence installation subcontractors who are skilled and communicate well on every job. Communication & Independence Matter

We’re looking for installers with a ‘can do’ attitude who are organised, produce high-quality work, communicate clearly and work efficiently without constant supervision.

You’ll often be working off mud maps, basic site layouts, and technical drawings, so confidence in interpreting plans and setting out accurately will certainly help.

What we are looking for

You’re a strong candidate if you are:

An effective communicator – keeping the office and clients informed, flag issues early, and ask questions when needed

Can work from mud maps and site drawings – Interpreting basic plans and work independently to layout and install correctly

Reliable, self-motivated and self-sufficient – Manage your time well, consistently show up on time and ready to work

Skilled and experienced – it would be awesome if you are experienced in gates and fences.



If not, we are happy to teach you, but you need to be able to read a tape measure, spirit level and be willing to install to a high standard. Taking pride in your work with a clean finish

Positive and proactive – Solve problems on-site, think on your feet and maintain a professional attitude

Requirements

- Experience in fence and gate installation (Colorbond, aluminium slats, tubular, and/or automation) would be amazing
- Any trade or handyman skills
- Ability to read and interpret mud maps, site layouts, and basic technical drawings
- Tape measure and spirit level skills
- Excellent verbal and phone communication skills
- ABN, public liability insurance, and relevant qualifications
- Own tools and equipment, reliable transport, trailer, mixer, PPE and consumables
- Strong attention to detail and job site cleanliness
