About the role

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys keeping people, jobs and equipment moving. You'll be responsible for coordinating our field service and line boring crews from initial job requirements through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, mine sites, tradespeople, suppliers and our internal workshop teams to ensure jobs are properly planned and crews arrive on site with everything they need.

No two days will be the same. You'll be managing multiple jobs, dealing with changing site requirements and making sure the right people and equipment are in the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate field service and line boring crews.

- Liaise directly with clients, mine sites and maintenance personnel.

- Confirm job requirements, scopes of work, access and site requirements.

- Coordinate site inductions, travel, accommodation and mobilisation.

- Ensure crews have the correct parts, tooling, equipment and documentation.

- Track job progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.

- Coordinate workshop, field service and machining requirements.

- Assist with quoting and reviewing scopes of work.

- Manage work orders, timesheets, MJR's and supporting documentation.

- Assist with invoicing and ensuring completed works are captured correctly.

About you

- Previous experience in mining, engineering, maintenance or field service.





- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- The ability to deal confidently with clients and site personnel.

- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

- The ability to manage multiple jobs and changing priorities.

- A practical understanding of mechanical or engineering work.

- A strong attention to detail.

- The ability to work independently and make decisions.

- A current Australian driver's licence.
