Waterflow Control Pty Ltd is a Water Management & Filtration Solutions provider focused on delivering protected, clean, and healthy water across Australia. We work with domestic and commercial buildings, hospitals, aged care facilities, schools, and residential properties.

We specialise in the installation, upgrades, and preventative maintenance of water filtration systems across commercial and government sites.

The Role

We’re looking for a full-time Service Technician based in NSW to join our growing team.

This role is primarily across the Sydney metro area, with occasional travel to coastal and regional locations. You’ll receive on-the-job training and ongoing support to learn our systems, products, and processes.

Reporting to the Operations Team, your responsibilities will include:

- Installing new water filtration and UV disinfection systems
- Servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing system faults
- Completing and managing work orders
- Reading and interpreting schematics for installations
- Maintaining your service vehicle and tools
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and industry standards
- Working independently across multiple sites

What We’re Looking For

- Well-groomed, mature, and respectful when dealing with clients




- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans
- Confident working independently in the field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, including overtime when required
- Physically fit for on-site work
- Strong knowledge of tools and equipment used in the industry
- Fully vaccinated (required for government and aged care sites)
