Are you a team player with strong relationship skills and a passion for fitness and technology? At Technogym, we’re looking for someone proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused to join our Service team.

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll maintain, repair, and install fitness equipment at customer sites across Brisbane and occasionally regional QLD/NT. Your mission: deliver top-quality service and ensure the best fitness experience for our clients.

You are ensuring the best fitness experience anywhere by

- Carrying out preventative maintenance, service and repairs

- Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions





- Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment

- Properly managing work orders and service reports

- Communicating effectively with customers and escalate problems when necessary

About You

- Mechanical & electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking

- Hands-on repair experience in similar role in electro-mechanical discipline

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work autonomously and outstanding time management skills

- Comfortable working under pressure and meet productivity goals and targets

- Excellent driving history, must hold a current Driver's License

- Right to work in Australia
