About the role

As a Field Service Technician at Rhima Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' commercial equipment. Based in Melbourne, VIC, this full-time position will have you travelling to customer sites to provide expert maintenance, repair, and installation services. You'll be an integral part of our dedicated team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

What you'll be doing

- Conduct scheduled and reactive maintenance visits to customer sites

- Diagnose and repair a variety of washing equipment, including dishwashers, glasswashers, medical bed pan washers, industrial crate washers, bin washers and more

- Install new equipment and provide training to customers on proper use and maintenance

- Maintain detailed records of all service work and report on equipment performance

- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

- This is a hands-on role and requires frequent interstate and occasional international travel, sometimes at short notice

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a field service technician or equivalent





- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a range of commercial equipment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach

- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and the internal team
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites as required

- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
