? We’re Hiring: Finance Administrator (Entry-Level / Junior)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Finance Administrator to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their career in finance while gaining hands-on experience in financial administration, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, and day-to-day finance operations.
? Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily finance and accounting administrative activities.
• Process invoices, receipts, payment requests, and other financial documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.
• Perform data entry and ensure financial information is recorded accurately.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and transaction verification.
• Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and supporting documents.
• Assist with expense claims, payment processing, and reimbursement procedures.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain financial documentation and records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with audits by preparing requested financial documents and information.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external parties regarding finance-related matters.
• Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics,
or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and financial documentation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity when handling financial information.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the finance team.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships or academic experience are encouraged to apply.
