About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional to join our Delivery team and work directly with customers to understand their existing financial models, data structures, and planning processes, then implement these into Breeze to deliver improved financial planning and reporting outcomes.

You will act as the link between the customer’s financial requirements and the Breeze solution — understanding what the customer needs, translating this into actionable outcomes, and supporting successful implementation, adoption, and long-term value.

What you will be doing:

- Analyse customer financial data from existing finance systems, ERP platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Work collaboratively with customers to determine the best approach for implementing their financial models within Breeze
- Design financial structures, workflows, calculations, and reporting outputs that align with customer requirements
- Implement customer financial planning and reporting solutions within Breeze, ensuring their existing financial models, processes, and requirements are accurately translated into a system-based solution.
- Validate financial data and calculations to ensure accuracy and confidence in the implemented solution
- Configure data structures and support system integrations, including APIs where required
- Support customers to understand how their financial information can be managed and enhanced within Breeze
- Partner with customers to understand their financial models, processes, data structures,



and desired outcomes
- Translate customer needs into practical Breeze solutions that align finance requirements with system capability
- Build customer confidence and capability so they can effectively use, manage, and maintain their Breeze solution
- Create clear documentation including solution designs, process guides, user materials, and training resources

About you:

You’re a strategic finance analyst who combines strong analytical capability with a customer-focused approach. You enjoy understanding complex financial models, solving problems, and working with stakeholders to design practical solutions that deliver better outcomes.

You bring a balance of financial expertise, commercial thinking, and clear communication, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Experience working in organisations or industries such as corporate, public finance, utilities, healthcare, or education will be highly valued.
