Role Description The Finance Broker will work with clients to assess their financial goals, explain lending options, and recommend suitable loan products from a panel of lenders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, gathering and reviewing financial information, preparing loan applications, and liaising with lenders to achieve timely approvals. The role also involves providing explicit, compliant advice, maintaining accurate records, and following up with clients to ensure a positive experience and ongoing support.

This is a contract, remote role,



requiring the ability to manage a pipeline of client files, collaborate virtually with team members, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to interpret financial data and lending criteria.
- Knowledge of Financial Planning principles to understand client goals and structure appropriate lending solutions.
- Experience in Commercial Finance, including familiarity with business lending products and structures.
- Understanding of Insurance concepts related to lending, such as mortgage protection and risk management.
- Relevant industry accreditation or certification (e.g., Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a finance or mortgage broker, loan officer, or in a similar advisory role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client files concurrently.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and responsible lending.
