The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and motivated professional to step into an Adviser role focused exclusively on wealth management (no risk advice). You will support a Senior Financial Adviser in managing an established client base while also having the opportunity to take on your own clients from day one.
You will work with a diverse client base — including accumulators, retirees, and pre-retirees — and be part of a young, ambitious firm that values professional development and growth.
The Role
- Provide consistent, high-quality financial advice and service to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, referral partners, and colleagues.
- Assist in the development of complex advice strategies and recommendations.
- Support with the preparation of advice documents and reports.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and visits to offices across NSW and VIC.
- Contribute your ideas and energy to the ongoing growth of the business.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional who is ready to take the next step as an Adviser. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 2–3 years’ experience in financial planning/wealth management.
- must meet all education requirements, including but not limited to an approved degree, successful completion of Financial Adviser Exam, up to date CPD obligations
- Strong client relationship skills and professional presence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and desire to be part of a dynamic, growing team.
