FP&A; Manager Location: Heidelberg Employment Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (16 Months)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced FP&A; Manager to join our finance team on a 16-month fixed-term contract. This is a critical role responsible for board reporting and management of business-as-usual (BAU) FP&A; activities. The successful candidate will bring strong technical FP&A; capability combined with hands-on Oracle Fusion and EPM system experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver board reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity and commercial insight for senior leadership and the board
- Manage day-to-day BAU FP&A; activities, including month-end reporting and financial analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes across the organisation
- Support and enhance rolling forecast processes and budget models to improve decision-making
- Partner closely with executives and senior stakeholders, translating variance analysis into meaningful commercial insights
- Present financial results and analysis to senior leadership in a clear, business-relevant manner
- Utilise and maintain Oracle Fusion and EPM systems for reporting, forecasting and analysis




- Drive reporting automation and dashboard development to improve efficiency and insight
- Support broader finance transformation initiatives as required

About You
- 10 years' experience across commercial finance, FP&A;, finance transformation and/or business partnering
- Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, month-end reporting and financial analysis
- Demonstrated experience leading organisation-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
- Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills, including experience supporting executives and senior leadership
- Essential: hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM
- Experience with other FP&A;/reporting systems (e.g.

Adaptive

Insights, TM1, Cognos, TechnologyOne, Workday) highly regarded

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear commercial insights
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fixed-term, BAU-critical role
