Fishing Retail Attendant – Full Time (9:00am–5:00pm)

Motackle is looking for a passionate and experienced Fishing Retail Attendant to join our team in Coffs Harbour.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes fishing and enjoys sharing their knowledge with customers. Strong fishing knowledge is essential for this role, as you will be helping customers choose the right gear, tackle, and equipment for their fishing needs.

Weekend availability is a must, along with the ability to work weekdays as part of a roster.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing outstanding customer service and expert fishing advice

Assisting customers with selecting rods, reels, tackle, bait, accessories, and marine products

Maintaining store presentation and stock levels

Processing sales and handling cash transactions accurately

Working as part of a motivated and supportive team.

What We’re Looking For

Strong fishing knowledge and genuine passion for the fishing industry

Confidence in advising customers on fishing gear and techniques





Previous retail experience preferred but not essential

Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both weekdays and weekends

Australian work rights required
