Dhelkaya Health is seeking an experienced District Nurse to provide home-based care through District Nursing Services and Community Palliative Care programs in regional Victoria. The role supports seven-day service delivery, focusing on client-centred care, education, advocacy, and coordination with other health care providers.

Successful applicants will hold a Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration, have at least two years' RN experience, and possess a Victorian Driver Licence.
