Freedom Podiatry and Health is seeking a part-time podiatrist (2–4 days/week) who values curiosity, community connection, clinical excellence, and contributing to the growth of a contemporary, forward-looking practice.
About us
Freedom Podiatry and Health is a modern, 7-year-old clinic built around the needs of a healthy, active coastal community — and the lifestyle of the clinician working within it. We've grown from a sole-clinician practice into a trusted part of the local health network, working closely with GPs, physios, gyms, and allied health professionals who value our collaborative approach and strong outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, community-focused podiatric care
- Build trusted relationships with patients and local referrers
- Bring ideas, initiative, and enthusiasm to help the clinic evolve
- Work collaboratively with a podiatrist who values shared success and innovation
- Question old approaches and help shape the future direction of the clinic
- Embrace modern assessment methods, new techniques, and evidence-based advancements
- (Optional) Explore long-term opportunities in business development and future equity pathways

- Flexible roster (2–4 days/week) with freedom to build a routine that suits you and your patients
- Strong referral pathways and consistent patient volume
- Adaptable remuneration options — base salary and percentage-based payment depending on your preference/experience
