As our Application Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the applications that enable our people to deliver vital services to the community.

This is an initial 6- month fixed term opportunity.

Your opportunity Reporting into the Enterprise Applications and Platforms Manager, this role supports the day-to-day performance, stability and continuous improvement of business-critical applications across Anglicare.

With integrity and a service-focused mindset, you will:

- Provide level 2/3 support for enterprise applications, ensuring availability, performance and reliability
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve application incidents and problems in line with agreed service levels
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to manage upgrades, patches and enhancements
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and configuration changes
- Support application lifecycle activities including testing, deployment and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability and efficiency
- Ensure applications are supported in line with Anglicare's governance, security and ways of working

What you'll bring

You're a collaborative and technically capable Application Analyst who enjoys working closely with the business to deliver reliable, user-focused systems.

You will also need:

- Demonstrated experience in an Application Analyst or similar application support role
- Strong experience providing level 2/3 application support within a complex environment
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managed service providers
- Sound understanding of application lifecycle management and change processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Experience in not-for-profit, health, community or purpose-led organisations is highly regarded




- ITIL certified is highly desirable
