Physiotherapist - Medical Centre & Private Clinic (Full-Time)
Job Title: Full-Time Physiotherapist – Medical Centre & Private Clinic (Dee Why & Neutral Bay)
Business: L&C; Quality Healthcare
Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Summary:
Join L&C; Quality Healthcare for a role that offers genuine variety - from in-clinic collaboration with GPs and allied health professionals, to home-based care with Aged Care and NDIS clients. You'll work across a up-to-date medical centre in Dee Why and our own multidisciplinary clinic in Neutral Bay, treating a diverse caseload while being supported by a collaborative team and a structured mentoring pathway.

Structured mentoring program (ideal for new graduates)
$1,000–$2,000 annual CPD training allowance
Exposure to a broad multidisciplinary team (exercise physiology, dietetics, occupational therapy)

Supportive, close-knit team culture across two clinic locations
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Supplementary Pay: Performance bonus
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy to a diverse client base,
including patients under Medicare Care Plans, WorkCover, post-op care, and private billing.
Deliver personalised physiotherapy sessions in clients' homes under Home Care Packages and NDIS, focusing on improving functional abilities, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life.
Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, allied health professionals, caregivers, and family members to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
Engage in hands-on therapeutic intervention, movement and exercise prescription, and patient education.
Provide guidance to clients and caregivers on pain management strategies and fall prevention.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Current AHPRA registration.
Experienced clinicians and new graduates both welcome — a mentoring program is available to support your development.
Sound knowledge of musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Connect Therapy (Thoracic Ring Approach) knowledge preferred but not essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centred approach to care.
Proficiency with Best Practice Software and Nookal preferred.
