- You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while working in a fast-paced, professional restaurant setting.
- Manage the day-to-day front-of-house operations
- Lead, train and motivate the FOH team
- Prepare and manage staff rosters
- Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
- Conduct pre-service briefings and oversee service
- Manage bookings, table allocation and guest flow
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Monitor beverage, stock and operational requirements
- Assist with ordering and stock control
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with relevant legislation
- Maintain workplace health and safety standards
- Monitor labour costs and manage staffing levels effectively




- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and performance management
- Ensure restaurant opening and closing procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Drive a positive team culture and high level of accountability
- Identify opportunities to improve service, sales and the overall guest experience
