We’re looking for a confident, caring and motivated person to join our team as a Flexologist.

You do not need previous Flexologist experience. StretchLab provides specialised training in our assisted stretching methodology.

We’re interested in people with a background, qualification or current study in areas such as:

- Physiotherapy

- Remedial or Massage Therapy

- Personal Training / Fitness

- Exercise or Sport Science

- Pilates or Yoga
- Other relevant health, fitness or movement disciplines

- Is comfortable recommending ongoing programs and memberships where they will benefit the client

THE ROLE You’ll be trained to deliver personalised one on one assisted stretch sessions, mobility assessments and potentially group stretch classes.

You'll help clients improve their mobility,



flexibility and movement while building robust ongoing client relationships.

Our Flexologists also take ownership of their client book through rebooking, retention, referrals and helping introductory clients understand the benefits of a regular stretch program.

We want people who think:

“If I see something that needs doing, I do it.”

Whether that's preparing for the next client, immediately resetting a stretch bed, following up a client, helping a teammate or learning something new.

TRAINING PROVIDED

Successful candidates complete StretchLab's specialised Flexologist Training Program, including online learning and practical hands on training.

AVAILABILITY

Various shifts available. After a level of expertise is achieved, we will particularly need:

Monday evenings

Thursday evenings

Friday evenings

Saturday availability is an advantage.

Experience or confidence running stretch, mobility or movement classes is highly desirable.

OPPORTUNITY TO GROW

Strong performers can grow their hours and responsibilities, with potential pathways into Senior Flexologist, leadership and studio management roles.
