Persone Italian Restaurant is seeking a confident, personable and service-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front-of-house team. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, has a natural ability to connect with guests and understands that the little details can make a big difference to the dining experience.

About the role

This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of creating a seamless experience from the moment guests arrive until the moment they leave. You'll be involved in greeting and seating guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring service runs smoothly throughout the dining experience.

About you

- Enjoy looking after people and take pride in making guests feel welcome, comfortable and well cared for
- Previous experience in a restaurant,



hotel or quality hospitality environment is preferred
- Observant, approachable and able to anticipate what guests need without being asked
- Understand the importance of presentation, timing and consistency in a premium dining environment
- Dependable, communicate well and are happy to support colleagues wherever needed during service
- Must be available to work Thursday to Saturday, including evenings
