This role is ideal for someone who is confident with table service and beverage preparation, including mocktails, soft drinks, juices, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and skilled table service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve mocktails and specialty non-alcoholic drinks
- Prepare juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea
- Assist with beverage preparation during busy service
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently and correctly
- Maintain excellent presentation and service standards
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and organised
- Assist guests with menu and beverage selections
- Handle customer requests and feedback professionally
- Operate POS and process orders accurately
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Follow Marsa recipes, beverage standards and service procedures
Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour
