About the Role:

We're looking for a caring and customer-focused Food Services Officer to join our hospitality team at Springwood Greens Care Community.

As a Food Services Officer, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by getting to know residents, understanding their preferences, and ensuring every meal is served with warmth, care and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and create enjoyable dining experiences for residents
- Assist with meal service, including plating, serving meals and beverages, and supporting resident choice
- Work as a key part of a supportive team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all residents.
- Follow strict safety, sanitary, and infection control protocols in all tasks.

What You'll Need:

- A passion for helping people and making a difference in your community.
- A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn across different areas of hospitality.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- Reliability and a solid work ethic.
- Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service is beneficial, but not essential - we will train the right person!
- Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
