About This Chance

This is not a conventional employment role. It is an invitation to co-found a company from the ground up with a small group of committed, entrepreneurially-minded individuals. There is no existing product, business model, or funding at this stage — the founding idea itself will be developed collaboratively by the team that comes together. This is best suited for individuals who are motivated by the process of building, not just the outcome.

What We’re Building Toward The goal is to assemble a founding team first, then collectively identify a problem worth solving and validate it through research, prototyping, and early customer conversations. This approach prioritizes team fit and shared values over a preconceived idea — many successful companies have been built this way.

Who We’re Looking For

- Individuals with genuine drive toward entrepreneurship and startup building, not just interest in the concept
- Comfort operating with significant ambiguity, limited resources, and no guaranteed outcome
- Strong ownership mentality — willing to take initiative without being told what to do
- A track record of follow-through on personal or professional projects (side projects, prior startups, leadership roles, etc.)
- Openness to a lean, iterative process: testing ideas quickly, discarding what doesn’t work, and adjusting direction as needed

Relevant Backgrounds (not required, but valuable)
- Product management or UX design
- Software engineering or technical development
- Sales, business development, or growth marketing




- Finance, operations, or strategy
- Prior startup, freelance, or founder experience

What This Role Involves
- Participating in structured brainstorming and market research to identify a viable business direction
- Contributing to early validation work (customer interviews, competitive analysis, MVP scoping)
- Taking ownership of a functional area aligned with your strengths as the venture takes shape
- Regular collaboration and communication to keep the team aligned and moving

Compensation and Terms
- This is an unpaid, founder-track position at this stage — compensation will take the form of equity ownership, to be negotiated among founding members as the venture is established
- No funding or revenue currently exists; all founding members should be prepared for the realities and risks of pre-seed entrepreneurship
- Time commitment is flexible but should reflect a genuine, sustained interest rather than casual exploration

What Success Looks Like A small, aligned founding team that has clearly defined roles, a validated problem worth solving, and a shared commitment to building the company together over the following months.
